Refund Policy

Custom Web Redesign — $497

No refunds are available for web redesign services.

Our web redesign is a custom, bespoke service. Upon receipt of payment, our team immediately begins work — including strategic planning, competitive research, design analysis, and resource allocation for your project. This work begins at the moment of purchase, regardless of whether or not you have completed the onboarding questionnaire or provided any project materials.

Because substantial work, time, and resources are committed from the moment of purchase, refunds cannot be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Failure to complete the onboarding questionnaire
• Failure to provide requested content, images, or materials
• Failure to respond to communications from our team
• Dissatisfaction with design direction or final delivery
• Business closure, pivot, or change of plans
• Choosing to use a different service provider

We are committed to delivering a high-quality product and will work with you through reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction. However, the purchase itself is non-refundable once payment is processed.

Shopify Themes — $150 / $349 / $697

No refunds are available for digital theme purchases.

Shopify themes are digital products delivered electronically and immediately upon purchase. The complete theme files (including all source code, templates, sections, and assets) are transmitted to you at the point of sale. Because:

• Digital files cannot be "returned" — once downloaded, you possess a complete copy
• We have no technical ability to revoke access to files already delivered to you
• The full product is delivered in its entirety at the time of purchase

All theme purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to single theme purchases ($150), Starter Packs ($349), and Full Library bundles ($697).

Growth Membership — $97/month

No refunds for current or past billing periods.

You may cancel your Growth Membership subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain access to membership benefits until that date. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period or any prior billing period.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account and access to all services
• Revoke any delivered work product or theme licenses
• Pursue the disputed amount through appropriate channels
• Report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities
